This special Mental Health Month event will bring together founders, aspiring founders, and those passionate about entrepreneurship for an open and honest conversation about the mental and emotional realities of building something from the ground up.

Hosted by Sonia Kaurah, Founder & CEO of Tala Thrive, alongside Utkarsh Narang, Executive Coach, the session will provide a safe, supportive, and relaxed space where participants can share experiences, gain insights, and explore practical strategies for sustaining their wellbeing while navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship.
