NDIS change is reshaping how people find, keep and move into the right home. Plan reviews, mismatched funding and new review criteria mean participants, families and the professionals who support them need to work together more closely than ever.

More Than One Way Home brings together four South Australian providers, Kanda, Vera Living, Adenium Living and Avenu, for an afternoon of practical insights, honest conversation and local networking.

What we’ll cover

Managing expectations: setting participants up for success
Right home, mismatched funding: how it can work
How SIL and SDA partnerships keep outcomes on track
When circumstances change: navigating NDIS reviews

After the presentations there’s an open Q&A with the panel, then time to connect with peers over light refreshments.

Who should attend
Support coordinators, plan managers, OTs and allied health professionals, hospital discharge and social work teams, SDA and SIL providers, and NDIS participants and their families.

Why attend

Practical, current insights on NDIS change from providers working through it every day
Clarity on who does what across the care and clinical team when circumstances change
