Where and when will the conference take place?

Check-in will start at 5 pm on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at the Evanston Vineyard. The conference will end by noon on Saturday, October 4, 2025.

Who should come to the conference?

This conference is for women who lead in the Vineyard. If you lead in any capacity–volunteer, small group leader, associate pastor, lead pastor–join us! Infants are welcome to attend with their mother, but childcare will not be provided.

What should I wear?

Whatever makes you feel comfortable! We are typically casual in the Vineyard, but anything goes! Jeans and Vineyard merch, a dress, office casual, etc. We will have branded merchandise for sale!

What about meals?

Meals are not included in the conference registration price. We have lengthy times carved out for you to grab a meal with the people you came with or with a new friend or connection you’ve made at the conference. Here is a list of tried and true restaurants in the area!

What about kids and youth?

We will not have childcare or children’s programming at this conference. Infants are welcome to attend with their mother. Youth could attend, especially if they are on a leadership track, but the conference is geared toward adult women who lead.
