    A captivating two-day celebration of the abundant local farms nestled within our picturesque Moreton Bay region. 

    Mark your calendars with a big green pen for the 16th and 17th of March 2024, as this exclusive ticketed event invites you to embark on an unforgettable journey discovering examples of local farms brimming with sustainable field-grown cut flowers and demonstrating regenerative farming at its best.

    🧑‍🌾🐓🦚 Taste and try culinary herbs, edible flowers, and locally made treats, and explore the abundant market garden produce direct from the farm gate. Enjoy local coffee, lay out a picnic rug, and take in the peaceful rolling hills, majestic forests and breathtaking mountain ranges of the hinterland of Moreton Bay.  

    🧑‍🌾🐓🦚 With your weekend pass, you'll gain access to a diverse array of family-owned farms, when their doors swing open to offer a whole range of engaging experiences for the whole family. From interactive experiences to captivating short talks and self-guided tours, there is something for everyone!

    How the Farm Trail works:

    Step 1: Buy your weekend pass & block out your calendar!

    Step 2: Ticket holders will be emailed exclusive farm trail offers including pre orders and give-aways! 

    Step 3: In the week prior to the Farm Trail, ticket holders are emailed a Farm Trail Map with information about each Farms including tips for what you can do, buy, and experience at each Farm. 

    Step 4: When you receive your Farm Trail Map, it is time now to take a few relaxing moments to map out your Trail experience. Remember the magic of the Farm Trail weekend is that it is yours to create as you wish. You choose which farms, how many, and in what order you want to visit them. This is all about you, and creating a time-out weekend.  

    Step 5: It's time now to enjoy the Farm Trail.  Slow down, take your time, and take it all in. You are creating beautiful memories with your loved ones. These are the moments that matter.

    Farm Trail Details: 

    🌽🐔🚜🐄🐑 Opening Hours:  9am - 3pm

    🌽🐔🚜🐄🐑 Weekend Event: Saturday 16th March and Sunday 17th March, 2024 

    * your weekend ticket gives you the opportunity to visit the farms of your choice 

    We do ask that you respect the privacy of the Farm hosts by not visiting outside of these hours or days.

    The Location of the Farms: 

    We are thrilled to have 11 Farms opening their gates across the weekend of the 16th and 17th of March. We have approximately 20 other local farms and small vendors who are being hosted by one of the open farm locations. 

    We encourage everyone to make a weekend of it - wind the windows down - take the slow roads - and enjoy the beauty of Moreton Bay, as you meander through your self guided journey of discovery.  As a general guide, we have farms in the following locations across Moreton Bay: 

    🌱 Samford Valley area > three farms with one hosting other local vendors open Sunday

    🌱 Mount Mee area > one farm with other local vendors on site open Saturday & Sunday

    🌱 Bayside area area > four farms with two hosting other local vendors open Saturday & Sunday

    🌱 Woodford, Elimbah area > three farms with two hosting other local vendors open Saturday

    The Farm Trail Guide: 

    Ticket holders receive our beautiful Farm Trail Guide which has all the information you need to plan your Trail.

    The Farm Trail Guide is emailed to ticket holders on Monday morning 11th of March If you purchase your ticket after Monday 11th, you will receive it when you buy your ticket. Please check your inbox - and your spam!

    Staying safe on the Farm Trail: 

    The Moreton Bay Farm Trail is an outdoor event and therefore subject to the whims of the weather. We suggest wearing sturdy shoes, a hat, and if it looks a little rainy throw in a brolly. With a little forward planning, no matter what happens with the weather, you will be sure to create amazing memories. 

    To meet safety and biosecurity regulations, no dogs or other pets are permitted on the farms. Please adhere to any specific requests made by individual farms.

    We would love the whole community to experience the wonder of Moreton Bay Farm Trail Farm Trail no matter the age or ability. If you are in a wheelchair or have limited mobility please email our organising team to let us know of your needs.  We will do everything we can to help you identify the farms that are best for access and help you plan an amazing weekend.
