    A free class with Moringa Expert, Mariko Gifford

    Mariko Gifford, the Founder of Moringa for Life, is a knowledgeable and experienced moringa grower and teacher in Southern California. She offers in-depth training on the benefits of moringa and certifications in moringa cultivation. For many years Mariko has taught students and growers from California to across the globe.

    In the workshop you’ll learn how to grow, harvest and make delicious nutritious recipes with Moringa.

    The workshops will feature a series of demonstrations by Mariko Davis, focusing on Moringa trees. Participants will learn techniques for pruning and harvesting, as well as how to prepare Moringa for various culinary uses.

    Recipes and food preparation taught by Mariko include: 

    Moringa Pesto, Teas, purée for freezing, plus pet food powder and treats.
