Interested in exploring the benefits of breathwork?

Join us for a renewing morning breathwork class! 

Breath is not just a physiological function... it's a gateway to greater health and mental and physical well-being. Through practicing a variety of breathing techniques, you can experience incredible benefits such as:

  • Boost your resilience and tackle life's challenges with more ease and confidence
  • Strengthen your nervous system and ensure optimal health and well-being
  • Unlock your emotional intelligence and enhance self-awareness
  • Experience enhanced presence, creativity and mental clarity
  • Achieve peace of mind (so good!) 
  • Manifest the life you desire by tapping into the power of intention

During the class we practice three key things - 

1- Move and strengthen the body using a variety of strengthening, stretching and somatic body movements. This helps to release stress and tension and build resilience in the body.

2- Breathe! We do a variety of breathing techniques to practice being calm in stressful situations and also reach heightened states of awareness. 

3- Meditate and manifest - at the end of the class, when we are all zingy and feeling good, we practice presence and call-in beautiful things into our life!

It all starts with just one breath! - Beginners Welcome!

BYO yoga mat, bolster/meditation stool and blankie :-)

While the one-hour breathwork is not a full deep breathwork experience there may be breath holds and deep meditative states achieved. 

Sometimes we have Shaun come along and play live music! 

What this session is NOT. It is NOT a full emotional release breathwork experience. 

It is designed to use the breath, body movements and mindset to prime us for the day. 

However, should you choose to participate in a full breathwork experience, these foundational techniques will set you up to better manage that experience!   

Just to be safe, please speak with a healthcare professional first if you have-

  • heart conditions
  • epilepsy
  • eye conditions
  • heavy medication
  • history of psychosis or schizophrenia
  • osteoporosis
  • recent surgery (last weeks)
  • Pregnancy 

Sometimes we have a swim and coffee after the session - life's good kind of moments!
