Welcome to Sunrisers,NZ, We believe in the power of Dance and Uplifting Music to start your day the right way. Come and join us at our next event which will begin 15 minutes earlier than advertised if you wish to take part in the pre-dance stretch class led by an Iyengar Yoga Teacher. Then it's straight into a live DJ set designed to ease you in and take you on an hour long journey of Uplifting House Music and Afro Beats.. there is not 'right' way of dancing, just move to the music any way you see fit. We have a lot of fun with it so you can wear your active wear or dress to sparkle or watch our facebook page for themed events. The science is in and there's no better way to improve your physical, heart and mental health, all at the same time. See you on the Dancefloor!
