MANA MOVEMENT:

Is a great place to begin for those who are interested in embodied movement practices, designed as a simple yet effective movement practice - think of it as the vinyasa yoga of embodied movement - that activates us mind, body and soul. Making it a physical activation practice, a meditation practice as well as a spiritual awakening practice.

It is accessible to a wide range of people, with adaptations available to suit most body types and abilities

Mana Movement is a healing modality using non-linear pathways of movement, allowing the physical body and the energy body to come back into balance. Increasing our capacity to flow with life and benefitting the way we meet life in every moment.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:

Amy Thomas is an Embodied Temple Keeper, Mana Movement Facilitator, Cacao Facilitator & Master NLP Practitioner. With a passion for dance (she has danced since the age of 3) and women experiencing their fullest expression in their bodies, expanding into more of who they are.

She is an expert in navigating our internal world and has specifically trained in facilitating Mana Movement, helping women to connect to their bodies, and guide women to reach a deeper sense of self.

As a sacred space holder, these are safe, full-permission environments; for you to feel liberation and reignite your aliveness from within.
