A conscious dance practice to start your day and change your week.

Over the course of a week we dance for an hour at dawn, each day we consciously awaken the nervous system and your physical presence, begin the day connected and resourced with the spirit of life.

We dance using the latest hi tech silent disco headsets, allowing yourself to immerse in the music and enjoy the morning process, whilst respecting nature and the general public.

The invitation is to replace your usual morning routine and drop deep into your dance, watch the trickle effect throughout the day and feel it build as you journey through your week.

This is a conscious dance workshop offering an opportunity to align with your vector in life, find clarity and truth simply by dancing your dance first thing in the morning.

Arrive as sleepy heads and leave as vibrant, active and energized lovers of life!

The Morning Medicine is a profound process, changing your daily morning ritual by consciously dancing for an hour you shift your perspective for the day. A wonderful hour of insight and joyous connection to self, the body will thank you, your heart will thank you and your mind will be clear.

This active meditation will have you falling in love with yourself again.

Monday to Friday, 6 to 7am, a great time of the day at this time of year, perfect for a dip in the ocean after dancing.

$110 + Booking fee.

Cancellation policy: Refund or transfer your ticket upto 24hrs before the Monday commencement. No refunds or transfers within 24hrs of the first morning.

Dancing Dhevas is a free form practice that invites you to engage in life as only you can, to move with such authenticity that it liberates the bubbles of ecstasy.

Conscious Dance is a process of delving into your own individual, original dance, it is so unique to you and how you move that it can not be reproduced by anyone else. This gives us the freedom from constraints and judgements so we can explode our potential to move until it unleashes the dancer within. The room takes on a different energy as everyone drops into their dance and natural ecstasy is reached.

No mobile phones, no photography, turn up, be present this is an embodiment class, a practice that can touch the heart and soul.
