Morning Medicine - Wake up and Dance + Sauna!

5 MORNINGS | SOUTH BEACH | 6AM START | MIDWEEK SAUNA!

A conscious dance practice to start your day and charge your week with a beach sauna on Wednesday.

Join us for 1 morning or all 5. This year we have opened up the schedule to allow flexibility and convenience.

Over the course of a week we dance for an hour at dawn, each day we consciously awaken the nervous system, inspire joy and presence. Begin the day connected and resourced with the spirit of life.

We dance using the latest hi tech silent disco headsets, allowing yourself to immerse in the music and enjoy the morning process, whilst respecting nature and the general public.

The invitation is to replace your usual morning routine and drop deep into your dance, watch the trickle effect throughout the day and feel it build as you journey through your week.

This is a conscious dance workshop offering an opportunity to align with your vector in life, find clarity and truth simply by dancing your dance first thing in the morning.

Arrive as sleepy heads and leave as vibrant, active and energized lovers of life!

The Morning Medicine can be a profound process, changing your daily morning ritual by consciously dancing for an hour to shift your perspective for the day. A wonderful hour of insight and joyous connection to self. The body will thank you, your heart will thank you and your mind will thank you.

Monday to Friday, 6 to 7am, a great time of the day at this time of year, perfect for a dip in the ocean after dancing. As we hit mid week a post dance sauna is on offer to melt away any residue of holding on.

South Beach Sauna offers a wonderful view of the ocean as you sweat it out before plunging in our luscious blue waters. 10 places are available for the sauna.

This year we have made it possible to attend 1 or more days if you are unable to make the whole week.

Date: Monday November 23rd to Friday 27th

Time: 6:00 am to 7am

Venue: North groin, South Beach, South Fremantle

Parking: There is a plenty of free parking at South Beach, however you must collect a free ticket from the ticket machine to avoid getting a fine.

Dance the week with sauna(Wednesday 25th Nov) - $130 + Booking fee (Max 10 places)

Dance the week no sauna - $110 + Booking fee

Dance an Individual day - $25 + Booking fee

In the case where sauna places have not been filled we will offer places to full week attendees first then to Wednesday ticket holders.

$1-100 Pay it forward - Add a donation to help those in need of financial assistance get to a dance. Dancing Dhevas will match your donation.

First Time at Dancing Dhevas?

Dancing Dhevas is a free-form conscious dance practice that invites you to move as only you can — with authenticity, curiosity, and freedom. It’s an opportunity to let go of judgement and discover a dance that is uniquely yours, one that can’t be copied or performed.

Conscious dance is an active meditation. As each person drops into their own movement, the room shifts — energy builds, barriers soften, and natural ecstasy emerges. There’s no right or wrong way to dance, only presence.

Theva began Dancing Dhevas in 2010 when there was a dire need for self expression and release on the dance floor. It has become a sanctuary for many, a place for solitude yet full of connection, and a place where we can return to the self.

Come as you are, or bring a friend. We share the floor with like-minded souls, moving together and celebrating life in all its complexity, moment by moment.

What to know:

• Bring a water bottle

• We dance barefoot to ground and connect with the body. As this is outdoors shoes are optional.

• No talking on the dance floor

• This is a strictly alcohol-free, drug-free, and smoke-free event, management reserves the right to refuse entry.
