Join us for a nourishing yoga experience led by Susana Salleh-Weekes, a certified Yoga and Pilates teacher with over 20 years of personal yoga practice and more than 10 years of experience in mat Pilates.

Classes are thoughtfully structured, building from strong foundations toward peak poses, creating a meditative and embodied experience.
Her holistic approach also weaves in elements of face yoga, Kundalini, somatic practices, meditation and breathwork, supporting both physical strength and mental clarity.
