Saturday Morning Wellness Retreat – Pilates, Bathhouse and breakfast.

Please arrive at 7:45am to start your day with a refreshing 8 AM Pilates Flow led by expert instructor Tahnee Pitchers, designed to energize your body.

After class, unwind with a one-hour soak session (8:45 AM – 9:45 AM) in our serene Tallebudgera Valley bathhouse, where warm waters and lush surroundings create the ultimate relaxation experience.

From 9:45 AM, enjoy a nourishing post-class spread featuring a seasonal fruit platter, chia pudding, and cold-pressed juices served in our on-site restaurant.

This intimate wellness experience is limited to 15 guests, ensuring a tranquil and personal atmosphere.
