Morning People Te Whanganui-a-Tara feat. Ludus
Event description
Morning People Te Whanganui-a-Tara feat. Ludus
Following two sold-out shows, we’re jazzed to present our next party in the capital, featuring DJ, producer, sonic artist and dance provocateur Ludus.
Ludus is the project of Emma Bernard, an electronic musician, audio engineer, sound designer, and writer. Alongside playing hot club sets at some of the country’s best festivals including Twisted Frequency and Cuba Dupa, Emma crafts film soundtracks, dance works, and sound art.Â
She’s won awards and scholarships for Sonic Arts and Live Electronic Music, and she’s qualified with a double degree in Sonic Arts and Ethnomusicology, with a minor in badassery - your morning is in good hands. Expect high BPMs, wobbly bass and dance floor fire.
Don’t miss Ludus, playing Morning People Te Whanganui-a-Tara, 6:30 am on Wednesday 19th June.
In usual Morning People fashion, big breakfast-sized helpings of dance music will be served alongside complimentary Altezano Brothers coffee, feel-good fair trade All Good Bananas, and kombucha thanks to the lovelies at Karma Drinks.
Morning People Te Whanganui-a-Tara is brought to you thanks to the lovelies at Radio Active.
