Hakkaman is the latest evolution of Tim Parry—a world-class guitarist, composer, and producer with over two decades in the music industry. Cutting his teeth in the vibrant Melbourne music scene, he draws on deep roots in soul, funk, jazz, and afrobeat to craft a vibrant fusion of organic instrumentation and modern electronic production for the dance floor.

From performing at Australia’s top festivals to producing around 1000 tracks across an eclectic range of genres, Tim’s career reflects rare versatility and a dedication to sonic exploration. His collaborations span Indian Classical, West African, Indigenous Australian, and Traditional Japanese music, while his arrangements for film, orchestras, and live ensembles have further sharpened his distinctive voice. Based in the Byron Shire, Tim is also the music-maker for the multi-art ensemble Liquidelic, renowned for boundary-pushing compositions and immersive performances.

With Hakkaman, he’s focused on making people move—blending world-fusion house with a sharp tech edge. The result is a sound that bridges traditional rhythms and contemporary club culture, delivering sophisticated, immersive journeys that energise the body and engage the mind.
