JOIN THE RIPPLE EFFECT TEAM FOR SOME FUN IN THE MORNING SPRING & SUMMER SUN! 

CONNECT WITH COMMUNITY FOR A 90 MINUTE SESSION OF

CELEBRATE THE WEEKEND WITH A NATURAL HIGH THAT TRANSFORMS YOUR STATE, SUPPORTS YOUR MENTAL & PHYSICAL HEALTH WHILE MAKING NEW FRIENDS. 

Please arrive 10 mins early to park and settle in.

Bring along: 

-a yoga mat or towel to sit or lay on

-a towel & wear swimwear under clothes for the ice bath 

-water bottle 

-SPF/ sun protection

***reach out if you have any medical conditions that are contraindicated to breathwork or cold immersion so we can safely accomodate you.
