Join us for Morning Tea and Meditation.  

  • Morning Tea 10 – 10.30am 
  • Meditation 10.30 – 11.00am
  • Talk and discussion 11am to 11.45am

Learn how to live with more positivity and inner power so that you can remain calm and clear, and resilient. Open to all.

All of our events are offered as a free service to the community. Contributions are welcome to support the running of the Centre.
