Morning Wellness at Kitchen Farm
Event description
Join us at Kitchen Farm for a rejuvenating morning as part of the Wellness Wander program, where nature, nourishment, and wellness come together.
Start your day with a gentle yoga flow, led by certified instructor, Bec Grafton, from Finding Ground Wellness Club. This flow is designed to energise and refresh both body and mind. Following the yoga session, immerse yourself in the art of tea blending with local naturopath, Katrina Schilling from Bunmark Health, who will guide guests through the health benefits of various herbs and teas. Guests will have the chance to create their own custom tea blend to take home, adding a personal touch to their wellness journey.*Â
To complete the experience, enjoy a nourishing breakfast crafted by Kitchen Farm, featuring fresh produce sourced from their own garden and neighbouring local farmers. This wholesome menu celebrates the beauty of Spring produce and reflects Kitchen Farm's commitment to sustainability and supporting local growers.
*Please bring a jar with you to take home your custom tea blend!
