Morning WHALE RELAXATION
Event description
W H A L E R E L A X A T I O N
Merge into the sound of whales, soften into gentle stretches and surrender into deep relaxation.
We are so proud to offer World's first W H A L E R E L A X A T I O N event. A beautiful journey of embracing the sound of the deep ocean and diving into a world beyond hustle and achievements.
Through gentle breathwork, movement and long-hold stretches we quieten
our body and mind to get to a wonderful and meditative state of
relaxation.
The sound of whales will help us to drop into this
practice of slowing down and turning inward. This gentle practice will
help to alleviate stress and give you time to restore energy levels.
On a physical level the longer-hold gentle poses, also known from yin
yoga & restorative yoga, allow deeper, connective tissues within the body to stretch
and release which will lead to general health and wellness.
Give yourself the chance to soften, surrender and simply be - in a magical and relaxing surrounding inspired by whales.
This event is a special event of our exhibition "The Voice of Whales".
Be the first to join us at this immersive and never been before experience in a private setting of a maximum of six people and an unique space, surrounded by art and the whales of The Voice of Whales Exhibition.
