    Event description

    Morning Yoga is designed to help awaken your body and mind.  In this class, you will be guided through flow sequences and synchronized breathwork.  Focusing on gentle stretches, invigorating poses, and mindful transitions, you will build strength, flexibility, and balance. By the end of class, you will feel refreshed, centered, and ready to take on the day.

    Choose an option to donate from $15-$25, or use a class package. Register on Eventbrite. on our website, or on Mindbody.

    Bring a bottle of water, a towel if needed, and a yoga mat. Yoga mats can be rented for $5.

    When you come to the studio, remove your shoes at the door, and place your belongings in the cubbies. You will be checked in at the door.

    (Mota Thai Yoga is located at 416 W. Huron Street, We are located in downtown Ann Arbor next to the railroad tracks. Free parking in our parking lot. Look for the black door marked 22 with a red Mayan calendar.)
