I’m a certified yoga teacher having completed my 200-hour training with House of Om in Bali, accredited by Yoga Alliance.

Yoga has been part of my life for over 10 years, growing from a personal practice into something I now feel deeply called to share with others.

Through my training and experience, I’ve developed a love for creating classes that feel both dynamic and grounding, where breath, movement, and awareness come together. My intention with Flow with Alizée is to hold a space that feels welcoming, supportive, and energising, whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years.

I’m currently working toward making this passion my career, continuing to learn, teach, and build a community around mindful movement and connection. Sharing yoga feels like the most natural way for me to connect with people and offer something meaningful, and I’m excited to keep growing on this path.
