Whether you've moved to Fairfield recently and don’t have much family or friends around, or whether you've been living here for years and just want to expand your friendship circle, you're welcome! We invite you to join us, to meet and do yoga together!

Join Stephanie and Lynn, our Yoga volunteer instructors from Fairfield for a relaxing and energizing yoga session at Grand Flaneur Park. There will be plenty of time to get to know each other and after the session.

The yoga class will be guided by both demonstration and voice, with a 5-minute guided meditation to end.

Note: Please bring your own yoga mats (or a beach towel if you don't own one!). This event is for women only.
