Chamber Music Rotorua has selected an act from the‘top-shelf’ to kick off it’s 2024 music
concert series. Strings and horns will be ringing throughout the atmospheric St Luke’s
Church on Thursday, 11 April, 7pm when together, a supergroup featuring the Morton
Trio (Arna Morton on violin, Alex Morton on French horn and Liam Wooding on piano)
and three of their fabulous Christchurch Symphony Orchestra colleagues (David
McGregor, Principal Clarinet; Sharon Baylis, Associate Principal Viola; Jeremy Garside,
Associate Principal Cello) will deliver two behemoth’s of the chamber music repertoire:
Dohnányi and Penderecki’s Sextets for Clarinet, Horn, Piano, and Strings.

This intimate concert will be world class and an experience not to be missed.

only $30, students 18-25 years $10 and children are free. Tickets can be purchased online
