MOSAIC Community Night - May 2024

Come along and join us for our next monthly MOSAIC Community Night at the MCCSA! All are welcome.

This will be a fun night of networking, food, and friendship so come join us to meet some great like-minded people and help us spark some fantastic ideas!

This event is also in collaboration with the MCCSA's Community Connections Program & SAMESH who are aiming to raise awareness about sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in CALD communities.

This month we'll be featuring Persian food by Persian Creation:

• Sour Curd Eggplant Mash (kashk baademjaan) served with Lavash bread
• Estanbouli Polow made with green beans, minced lamb, carrot, tomato paste, rice and saffron
• Mast va Khitar (Persian Tzatziki)
• 2 varieties of traditional Persian tea
