Moses Moses (A Staged Reading)
Description
Backyard Theatre Co. and The Riveter are pleased to announce our summer collaboration on a staged reading of MOSES MOSES, originally written by Rogelio R. Sikat, adapted by Alishiana Uyao and directed by Noella Bonsol.
After her daughter is sexually assaulted, Regina's determined to get justice. But in a world that's run by power and political corruption, how can one person get that? What happens when this world forces someone to, instead, create a tragic cycle of violence? Set in modern Manila, Moses Moses explores how societal injustices can often force someone to the brink of doing something unspeakable in the name of doing what's right. 🩸
