Join us for an afternoon of community planting at the stunning Moses Rock section of the Cape to Cape Track. DBCA Rangers have collected seeds from native plants in this culturally and ecologically significant area, and have grown nearly 400 native seedlings ready to be returned to Country.
This is a hands-on opportunity to:
Restore a coastal landscape alongside local knowledge holders
Learn about native species and their importance to the ecosystem
Connect with community members and care for Country together
Be apart of something meaningful - plant for the the future of this coastline
Whether you're a local, a visitor, or simply someone who loves nature or surfing the nearby breaks — your help will make a difference.
What to bring:
Weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear
Sun protection (hat and sunscreen)
Reusable water bottle,
Gloves and planting tools (if you have them)
A big smile and a willingness to get your hands dirty!
Light refreshments and afternoon tea will be provided.
Please register now to secure your spot and be part of this special event. Let’s plant for the future—together.
