Join us for a family-friendly morning of hands-on coastal care on Wadandi Boodja at North Point, Gracetown WA.
This community busy bee hosted by Nature Conservation Margaret River Region, DBCA, and the Gracetown Cowaramup Bay Community is a chance to roll up your sleeves, connect with others, and care for one of our coastline’s most iconic and fragile environments: North Point.
Nestled along a spectacular stretch of the Leeuwin–Naturaliste coast, this area features rare granite vegetation and sensitive dune systems that need a helping hand.
Together, we’ll:
Plant native seedlings grown from locally collected Gracetown seed
Brush informal tracks to prevent fragmentation, reduce erosion, and protect vulnerable vegetation
Weed out invasive species that threaten the natural landscape
Whether you’re a long-time local, a visitor who loves this coast, or simply someone looking to give back — you’ll be making a real impact on the health and resilience of this special place.
What to Bring
Sturdy, closed shoes
Weather-appropriate clothing
A reusable water bottle
Hat and sunscreen
Gloves and any tools (if you have them)
