CANCELLED: Mother & Daughter Self Defence Classes

Calling all Mother and Daughter duos!
We are working with Josh from Sima Jujitsu to bring you three classes especially for mothers and daughters! These classes are designed to raise awareness and give you a basic understanding of Self Defence.
Lessons are on Monday evenings from 5:15-6:15pm.
October 3rd: Lesson A: Removing grips and breaking grabs.
October 10th: Lesson B: How to land safely on the ground and what to do when you hit the ground. Also how to get up form the ground and prevent someone from getting on or near you
October 17th: Lesson C: Groundwork. How to get someone off you and how to hold someone down. Discussions about the next steps of self defence.
Price: $15 each for all three classes. (Non refundable)
