Mother-Baby Yoga
Event description
Join us for a free 5-week Mother-Baby Yoga program designed for relaxation, connection, and gentle postnatal recovery. Held in the beautiful Soul Tribe space, these sessions offer a chance to stretch, breathe, and bond with your baby in a welcoming, supportive environment.
What to Expect:
- Gentle Yoga & Movement – Postnatal recovery poses incorporating your baby.
- Breathwork & Relaxation – Techniques to ease stress and support milk flow.
- Mindfulness & Connection – Guided meditation to deepen your bond with your baby.
- Support & Community – Meet other mums, share experiences, and find encouragement.
Stay after class for a cuppa, connection, and chat in the courtyard. Breastfeeding support will be available at most sessions from a trained ABA counsellor.
Each week brings a new theme:
- Week 1: Building Connection – Intentions & bonding with your baby.
- Week 2: Core & Pelvic Floor Recovery – Gentle strengthening exercises.
- Week 3: Self-Care Strategies – Restorative poses & mindfulness for busy mums.
- Week 4: Staying Grounded – Mindfulness techniques for calm & presence.
- Week 5: Bonding Through Play – Baby massage, eye contact games & more.
This program is specifically designed for mums in the first 0–6 months postpartum. Spaces are limited to 12 participants per week, so please cancel if you can no longer attend. Older, more mobile babies and mums are welcome to join from 2 pm for a cuppa and connection.
