Offering the ultimate in relaxation therapies and reconnect in nature for mothers and daughters, my daughter and I, are sharing our first ever mother daughter event at the beautiful Yarralen retreat, by special request, on the Mid North Coast of NSW, Gumbayngirr country, near Scotts Head, just north of South West Rocks. The venue is hired exclusively for our guests and is set on 40 acres of private paradise with a magnesium pool, infrared sauna, yoga deck, and peacocks included. This is your time to shine, relax and unwind in beautiful lush surroundings, reserved exclusively for our guests.

My daughter and her friends have requested this retreat after I ran my first yoga and art retreat last year at this same exquisite venue. We don't spend enough time celebrating ourselves and each other as women, as mothers, as daughters, lets change this up, the time has come.

Relax and Unwind, come and have some fun, with secret women's business at the core of our time together.

We will look into to unravelling the layers of who we are and begin to reset and transform ourselves to be more divinely us, in harmony with each other and our internal landscapes, and in turn our external environments.

Our individuality and uniqueness are celebrated here, in a safe circle of likeminded women.
