Ever felt a tapping from your soul, asking to free your self expression? To become more unapologetically you?

To dissolve fear around being 'seen', being vulnerable, to find your voice, to play more, to focus on your desired vision rather than worries and fears, to find your unique song, to explore the depths of your wild soul beyond labels, expectation and societal conditioning… to create more… to have fun and let go of worry!!

Sharing this journey with Mother and Daughter is a passion that reflects the healing medicine of song, shared vulnerability and deep listening for my own Mother and myself. We have had a journey of learning to 'see' and 'hear' each other beneath our triggers, differences and expectations, and I feel called to share this healing of our Mother ancestral lines, which has a profound effect for our Grandmothers and future daughters. Healing conflict and wounds through our ancestral mother line has an incredibly profound effect on what we then attract into all of our relationships and experiences.

You don't need to bring your mother if you're a daughter or daughter if you're a mother... the healing is in the sharing of Mothers and daughters together. For young Women attending, this may well feel like an entry into sacred sisterhood, walking the world as an independent, capable Woman.

WHAT IS WILD SONG?

Held in a Forest Nest, 90min North of Sydney, at our Mudbrick Home amongst lush subtropical forest of the Watagen Ranges. There is an option is to stay the evening if you feel to, sing and share dinner under the stars, sing with the birds on the escarpment in the morning then head home after brekky

This Wild Song Retreat is a 2 Day Workshop of Vocal Freedom, Creative Opening and Intuitive Sound play. It is for energy healing through sound, creative exploration of our body instrument and understanding how to tune this body that is 99.9% energy!

We are innately sensitive beings in continuous, invisible conversation with nature and our intelligent Earth. We sense other humans emotions and sometimes this can be very challenging.

So how do we find peace, clarity, internal wisdom in a noisy world?

Sound & Breath are like peas and carrot... they effect an immediate calming on the Central Nervous System, as the simplest energy medicine we can access, always!

We’ll be using sound, song, embodied mindfulness and shamanic tools to learn about our body as an incredible instrument, and a channel of wisdom.

These tools are immediately available to us all for our own healing and insight, for channeling our unique medicines and creations, to navigate the many layers of our physical and energetic body.

WHAT TO EXPECT

I'll be sharing some of the science of sound as medicine, how sound can be used to clear your mind, body and energy field, to create calm amidst stress, to influence what you attract into your reality and bring uplift and healing tools into our lives, for ourselves, our families and communities.

We also have a beautiful soul coming to take us on a photography journey where you will receive a before and after shot of the untethering of your inner child as Lee Illfield captures the before and after imprint of each of us. such a gift to carry this away with you as a reminder of your freedom to play.

It has been heart warming to see the profound depth of healing and the heights of joy that people have experienced with this workshop. Integrating 10 years of experience with Clinical Bowen Therapy, Mindfulness, Meditation, Sound Healing, Energy Work and Music.

THE INTENTION

— RELEASING FEAR & OLD STORIES

When trauma is not acknowledged or addressed, it can be held within the cellular memory of your body, sometimes starting from our earliest years. Trauma from many timelines can become a frequency loop in your body, becoming the new norm, until the anxiety, tension or 'static’ is addressed. Before we get into the playful exploration, we'll start by clearing space. By releasing any imprints in our energetic architecture of old beliefs, wounds or ancestral patterns, that have prevented you from being 'seen', speaking up for or expressing yourself, so that we can create healthy boundaries and relationships... so that you can step boldly into your creativity with confidence and joy.

— PLAYFUL VOCAL FREEDOM

Using sound and playful tools to let go of the programs of being ‘Too loud’, Too much’, ‘Can’t sing’, 'Not creative’, ‘Too Sensitive’, ’Too aggressive’, ‘Too Shy’, ’Too Weird'. These sessions are quite hilarious and work powerfully to re-write subconscious fear programs, so that we can open to our full vocal range and unapologetic expressive selves

— INTUITIVE EXPLORATION | Learn to use sound and visualisation to balance your energy fields, ‘hear' the energy of your environment through your body, explore your vocal capabilities and understand how to navigate our increasing sensitivity as empathic beings. We'll play with some easy techniques to explore range, free flow, finding your 'home note' and loving your unique sound. We'll experiment with tuning into nature and weaving our sound with the Song of Life around us.
