Excited to bring this offering to you all, not a new concept by any means but one that will allow me to bring together a range of my skills, interests and joys into the motherhood space with community and connection at its heart.

Mother in all Seasons - Monthly Mothers Group

Program starting January 12th 2025

This isn’t just any mothers group; this is for mothers who want to go beyond the surface level. In this space you will nourish and nurture your mind, body, and heart while connecting with other like-minded mothers. You’ll have a space for you to share and to witness, and you’ll meet other epic mums in the community.

Who can attend?

This group is for any parent who identifies as a woman and mother.

When and Where is it?

4 session program / 11am–1:30pm on the second Sunday of the month

What to expect?

Each week, the session has a theme that will guide the activities. We will always open and close our time with a simple ritual. Activities and discussion will be based around the weekly theme. We will have a cuppa, share snacks, and allow time for chats and play. Come as you are and be as feels comfortable for you.

Week 4: Creative activity

Week 5: Sharing and reflection
