Hello Tribe !

Join us for a sacred journey of honoring womanhood through the art of yoga. In this special class, we celebrate the divine feminine 

within each of us, embracing the strength, grace, and wisdom that define womanhood. Guided by experienced instructors, immerse 

yourself in a nurturing practice that honors the cycles of life, the power of creation, and the beauty of self-care. Through gentle 

movements, breathwork, sound bowl therapy, meditation, we will cultivate a deeper connection to our bodies, minds, and spirits.

Honoring the unique journey of womanhood with each pose and holding much-needed space for each other. Come as you are, 

together we will embody the essence of femininity, finding strength, balance, and joy in our collective sisterhood.

All attendees will receive a fresh cold-pressed juice from our partners at SPROUTS JUICE, which is a local black business out of NEWARK, NJ. 

DRINKS WILL BE PROVIDED, ALL STUDENTS MUST BRING THEIR MATS AND TOWELS IF NEEDED.
