At a Mother’s Circle, you can explore your experience of matrescence with other mothers.
"Matrescence refers to the complete transformation of a woman as she moves through motherhood"
The Mother's Circle is designed to be a nourishing experience, so you can fill your cup and return to mothering feeling calmer and more connected to your instincts.
There is meditation, gentle movement, self-reflection and connection.
Sturt Street Children's Centre is providing:
- Free creche (for kids 1-12 years) with a trained early childhood professional
- Refreshments for mums and kids at creche.
Government funding means there is no cost to you to attend.
There are limited places to ensure everyone has the opportunity to be seen and heard.
