'Meet Your Neighbor' Mother's Day Brunch

KKGS works to humanize homelessness one sock at a time. One of the ways KKGS works to end this stigma is through creating 'Meet Your Neighbor Meals,' an experience that brings together communities living in houses and those who are experiencing homelessness -- side by side! Through brunch, shared experiences of motherhood, and conversation we create an experience in which neighbors meet neighbors.

FOR MOMS:

Welcome to a brunch celebrating YOU!

Motherhood is no easy task, whether you have a newborn or all the kids are grown and out of the house. This event is for you to connect with mother's from different backgrounds and allow the community celebrate you!

FOR KIDS:

All kids will have activities and programming run by our fabulous volunteers. Ranging in activities for all ages up till 12. If your kids are older than 12, they get to become volunteers and help out with the little ones too!

FOR DADS AND EVERYONE ELSE OVER THE AGE OF 14:

Get ready for the best volunteer experience of your life.

You will be providing the moms at this event a chance to relax and enjoy a break from their kids by helping out with all the kids! Get ready to crawl with toddlers, make slime , bracelets, build lego with older ones and get them all excited for an epic magic show!
