Mother's Day High Tea

Year 12 Mother's Day Special Event

Tuesday 14th May 2024 / 5:00pm to 7:00pm

This special event is for the wonderful women in the lives of ILC's Year 12 student cohort in 2024.

To acknowledge the years of support and encouragement to get our Year 12 students to this final year of secondary school, we have organised a magical afternoon/evening where students can enjoy a special High Tea experience with their Mum and/or Grandmother and/or other female carer.

Students (male and female) are invited to accompany their primary female carer/s in their lives, however if our Mum's want a "night off" you are more than welcome to come without your child and mingle with other Mother's! It's YOUR event - you decide!!

Located in Buderim, the Courtyard Kitchen Cafe' (2 Main St - corner Gloucester Road, Buderim) is an established venue that has recently been bought and revamped by premier Chef and owner Craig Milnes who has previously cooked for Nelson Mandela and the late Queen no less!

Spaces are limited and will be a first-in, first-serve basis, so please book your tickets online if you are interested in attending.

At a cost of $45 per head, includes:

Warm scones with cream and homemade preserve
Fruit tart
Lamington
Chocolate fudge brownie
Savoury quiche
Sausage rolls
Selection of finger sandwiches to include.
Chicken Caesar, cos, bacon, parmesan
Egg mayonnaise and mustard cress
Honey roast ham and cheddar cheese

Including barista made coffee and tea.

And a glass of bubbles for the Mum's & those students over 18 (ID needs to be provided)

The Venue is fully licensed with a range of alcoholic beverages available for purchase at an additional cost.

With Mother's Day on Sunday the 12th of May 2024, we thought the timing would be ideal to make a special treat for our ILC Students and their families. (Also if you show your offspring this link, they may not have to think to hard about how to spoil their Mum's this Mother's Day!!)
