This Mother's Day, honor the sacred bond of motherhood and celebrate the nurturing essence that flows through every woman. Join us for a Kundalini Mantra workshop that pays homage to the divine feminine energy within us all. This workshop is a heartfelt offering to all the mothers in our lives, as well as a reminder to nurture and care for ourselves. Cultivate self-love, and embrace the joy of motherhood in its many forms.

This transformative workshop led by Jesse Soule Gleason, our Kundalini Guide, explores the sacred sound of chanting and allows us to connect with our unique voice within. Sound will be our teacher to create wholeness, harmony, and healing. We will be working with the power of thoughts, words, and rhythm and the energies of the throat chakra in order to be open and encourage a communication that is true to ourselves and originates from the heart.

Kundalini Yoga, also known as the yoga of awareness is the oldest and most powerful form of yoga. A Kundalini mantra is a word or sound that is repeated to help channel the mind and connect to a higher level of consciousness. Through chanting/singing a mantra, we invoke the positive vibrations of the mantra and broadcast it into our energetic field. As Kundalini mantras are usually sung in a song in versions, the melody and beat of the music assists in its vibrational manifestation and purpose.

Treat yourself and your daughter (13 years +) or sister or just good girlfriends who want to take a journey together. Or you can come by yourself and join all of us women to an afternoon of gentle movement, meditation, and sacred sound. Reserve your spot today and look forward to a day of grace and joy. This is not a physically focused class (although we will work with the breath, mudras and some simple movement)

Who is This For?

Mothers (or mother figures) and daughters (13 years +) who are looking for a deeper connection as well as confidence in themselves and their relationship. Even if you and/or your daughter don’t practice yoga, you belong. Friends, sisters, women who want to explore Kundalini Yoga and Mantras out in nature…all women are welcome. No prior yoga experience is necessary. No previous experience in chanting is necessary.

What to Expect

Opening Circle: An Introduction to Kundalini and Mantras.
Kundalini meditation, breathwork, and mantras designed to align your energy.
Voice Connection: Engage with mantras and sacred songs in Sant Bhasha, a traditional poetic language of the Indian subcontinent that blends many different languages and dialects.
Sharing Circle: Enjoy a communal gathering with tea and seasonal delicacies.
Guests are welcome to explore the paths and enjoy a self-guided nature walk.
This offering is designed to help you feel empowered, be more balanced, experience connection, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance your meditation.
Please bring cushions, blankets, and/or a yoga mat for comfortable outdoor seating.
