our mini (re)TREAT takes place at the wonderful lotus yoga centre: the venue is modern, spacious and offers amazing views into the lush bush around and over the beautiful kapiti coast. the venue can easily be reached by car (plenty of parking on the grounds) and by train.

please bring:
- a sealed water bottle or thermos
- your yoga mat (and if you have your yoga block/s & eye pillow)
- comfy clothes (perhaps warming socks for your relaxation)
- a blanket to cover yourself in savasana (the venue is fully insulated and heated so we'll be cozy)
- a pen (and optional your journal)
- any other personal treasures (crystals and such) that would make your day extra special
- refreshments will be provided in an afternoon tea break
