Mother's Day Pamper & Drop In - Edinburgh

In the lead up to Mother's Day, Held In Our Hearts would like to welcome bereaved mums to our Craiglockhart Family Room, Edinburgh, to recharge and connect with one another.

There will be a therapy treatments available, by appointment, from 15.00 - 18.45. Appointments are 30 mins long.

Or, you can also book to take part in our yoga & meditation session from 15.00-16.00.

You do not have to have a treatment or do yoga to join, if you would prefer to just come along for a chat and to connect with others, this would be lovely too.

We will have a craft station, or you can bring your own project if you'd like something to busy your hands.

Tea, coffee, juice and light refreshments will be available during your visit.

Our yoga session will be run by the very experienced and lovely, Elena from the Lovely Catalyst. Elena's yoga is for everyone; every body, every age, every gender and every experience level.

Elena will guide you through, with support and compassion, a gentle yoga flow and meditation. You can choose to take part standing or seated in chairs.

Elena is trained in postnatal-yoga and has over a decade teaching experience, but should you have any questions or concerns about taking part, please know you are welcome to reach out to Elena directly, who will be able to advice you and reassure you: elena@thelovelycatalyst.com

Due to limited numbers, please only book a treatment OR yoga, not both. This allows more people to get involved.

Please note, there are some instances where certain therapies may be advised against or not suitable for your body. We kindly ask, if you have any new or existing health conditions, or if you are pregnant or TCC, that you flag this upon registering. Our therapist is experienced in treating both pregnant mums and those TTC, but we do need to know as some treatments (e.g. full back massage) won’t be advisable over a certain gestation, we can help advise which treatments are best suited to you. Please also note, this is an adult only event.
