A gentle, nurturing practice to bring your system back into balance.

Be cradled by the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, inviting rest, release, and nervous system reset.

✨ Blue Lotus Tea & Nourishing Nibbles

We’ll close with calming tea and connection, with nibbles.
