Join us in the Blue Mountains for our annual SPRING Mothers and Daughter connection Retreat!

(Ideal for daughters aged 8-14 years)

The weekend offers a beautiful opportunity for each mother and daughter to spend intentional, quality time together—strengthening their bond through fun, creative workshops, time in nature, and relaxed moments shared within a safe, supportive Mother-Daughter tribe.

These weekends were born from the inspiration of our own daughters—who now return as mentors—and from the many mothers and daughters who have attended since 2014. We’re deeply grateful to each and every one of them, especially those who return year after year to share in this experience.

WEEKEND PROGRAM draft outline-

• YOGA/Movement.. mother daughter partner.

• Optional morning Pilates for mums while our daughters get crafty.

Mother Daughter Collaboration of a Creative Art -- TBA This creative workshop is always a playful journey of the mother daughter dynamic as we create a memory AND a beautiful piece of craft/art. The project will reflect the age/stage of the daughters booked.

• Henna Art/Face Painting.

• Fun Clothes Swap Fashion Parade! (Back by popular demand!)

• Bushwalking- we are in the Blue Mountains!

FURTHER PROGRAM DETAILS TBA it is always a wonderful balance of FREE time and ORGANISED fun!

THE COST

The cost is per Mother Daughter Couple (not each) and includes Accommodation, all nourishing vegetarian meals.

FAQ 

• Do we share a room with other participants? No! All rooms are private with ensuites.

• Is linen supplied? YES Linen and Pillow provided.

• Is the booking per person?The booking is per couple (one mother and one daughter)

• Can i attend with 2 daughters? Yes at extra cost and if the room that sleeps 3 is available. Please get in touch to discuss. Attending with 2 daughters is of course a very different experience than bringing one. It flows well for some and not so well for others.

• Do we have to participate in every workshop? The program is completely optional.

• What is the star rating of the venue? Happy Buddha is not formally rated. It is cosy, clean and comfortable enough to sleep, chill and experience joy! For a closer look visit their page direct.
