Celebrate Mother's Day with a special Pilates class dedicated to the amazing mothers, grandmothers, aunts and other maternal figures in our lives. Join us for a session of strength, grace, and self-care as we honour the incredible journey of motherhood. Whether you're a mum yourself or want to treat your mum to a rejuvenating experience, this class is the perfect way to show love and gratitude. Let's move, breathe, and celebrate together!

What time to arrive: Please arrive to Ros Crichton Pavilion on time to have your name ticked off the list and hear the briefing. This class run from 9.30 am to 10.20 am. Free 1-hour parking is available in the Council Chambers upper carpark, paid street parking on McLaren and Miller St or there are places to park your pram near the class.

What to bring: Please BYO a yoga/Pilates mat, reusable water bottle etc. No need to print a ticket, you will be digitally checked in on the day.

What will we be doing: The classes are free to all local residents and are suitable for all levels of experience, from absolute beginners up, and the instructors will cater for various intensity levels. There will be lots of new parents in the room so please speak to Pamela before the course starts if you have any concerns or if you are healing.
