Mothers Circle - Flaxley
Event description
A Women's circle that is child frendly, created to nourish, gain education, rest and be supported with women alike. This is a safe space for you to pull the wall down and allow yourself to be vulnerable and heard. In this hour and a half we will have group discussion on varied topics, selected breath work teachings, gentle yoga asanas, mindfullness practices, card pulling and ceremonial cacao or tea to open up those beautiful hearts.
The aim of this space is to allow you to open up and be supported but also enable you to take tools learnt back home with to assist in your daily life. Children of any age are welcomed to play or sit with you at no extra cost. No expectations on how your hold space with your child as this is relxaed atmosphere, tailored to allow comfort for all.
