🌷 October Theme: Bloom — Growing Confidence & Trusting Yourself

October’s circle is an invitation to reconnect with your inner knowing and gently grow your confidence in yourself as a mother.

Motherhood can bring so much advice, comparison and self-doubt. This circle is a space to quiet the outside noise, reflect on what you already know, and remember that you don’t need to have all the answers to trust yourself.

Through journalling, meaningful reflection and connection with other mothers, we’ll explore our intuition, celebrate the things we’re proud of, and honour the woman and mother we are becoming.

🧺 Come as you are. Please bring anything your little one may need.

🧘🏼‍♀️ Yoga mats and meditation cushions are provided.

⚠️ Please note: The venue is only accessible via stairs, so unfortunately prams cannot be brought upstairs.
