A monthly gathering created especially for postpartum mothers with babies — a space to pause, connect, and gently nurture yourself as you navigate motherhood.

Whether you’re newly postpartum or further along in your journey, you’re warmly invited to join us for a beautiful morning of connection, reflection, and renewal alongside other mothers.

🤍 All stages of postpartum and motherhood are welcome. Whether you’re weeks, months, or years into your journey, you’ll find a supportive space here. Babies in arms or content on a mat are always welcome.

🌷 November Theme: Nurturing What Matters - Making Space to Grow

As spring brings new growth and fresh beginnings, November’s circle is an invitation to reflect on what we want to nurture in this season of motherhood. Through journalling, meaningful connection and creative activities, we’ll explore what nourishes us, what we want to grow, and what we’re ready to let go of.

🧺 Come as you are. Please bring anything your little one may need.

🧘🏼‍♀️ Yoga mats and meditation cushions are provided.

⚠️ Please note: The venue is only accessible via stairs, so unfortunately prams cannot be brought upstairs.

💰 Investment: $35 per mother

🌼 Spaces are limited to 10 mothers to create an intimate, supportive circle.
