Mothers Day Mini Retreat <3

A mini-retreat Yoga immersion into the arts of deep self-care.

Utilising the practices of ancient gentle yoga, meditation and food as medicine, to create a space for transformation on all levels.

The path of Yoga is layered and interconnected with, healing for the body, mind and soul.

A mini-retreat to nourish you and your Mum on every level. A wonderful experience to share with someone special.

The mini-retreat will be co-led by Krishna, Pragati and Puja

This is not a Mother and Daughter Retreat - This retreat is open to absolutely everyone! This practice is for you and for that someone special you honour as your Mother <3

When - Sunday 10 May

Time - 10:30 - 2pm

Investment - $75 Single Ticket or $140 for 2 (Includes Vegan Lunch, Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama)

Schedule -

Doors open at 10 am. Pls try and arrive by 10:15 am

10:30 am - Arrival and a very warm welcome

10:45 - 12 pm - Gentle Yin with Puja

12 pm - 1:30 pm - Pranayama and Meditation with Krishna and Pragati

1:30pm - 2pm - Lunch

The numbers are strictly limited to 30
