Celebrate the divine feminine and honour the nurturing energy of mothers through the healing power of sound.

On this special Mother's Day, we invite you to bask in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other soothing rhythms during our "Mother's Embrace" Sound Bath Experience. This immersive journey is designed to evoke the unconditional love, comfort, and protection embodied by the sacred bond between mother and child. Whether celebrating your own role as a mother or honouring the mother figures in your life, this sound bath provides a sacred space to connect with the universal energies of creation and renewal. You do not need to be a mother, attend with your mother or even be a female to receive the comforting, grounding benefits of this practice.

You'll be guided through meditations and affirmations centred on the divine feminine energy and the nurturing essence of motherhood. Courtney and Steve from Heart Resonance will bath you in a soundscape to create a sense of deep relaxation and calm. Leave feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and embraced by the profound love that is the essence of the divine mother - this can be found in your own mother, your inner maternal nature or the energy of Mother Earth who is always supporting us.

Let this Mother's Day be a time to rest and nurture your own well-being as we pay homage to the miracle of life and the nurturing energy that birthed us all.

After the sound immersion, enjoy a grounding tea and group reflection (sharing is always optional).

The Science of Sound: Sound therapy is the concept of becoming immersed in deeply relaxing sounds which, through vibrational frequency, allows the body to switch to its parasympathetic nervous system, or ‘Rest and Digest’ mode. This gives the body permission to relax and restore – something that we usually need much more of in our busy culture and lifestyles. Allowing the body a moment of stillness and deep rest, away from the stresses of every day life, is a deeply nourishing practice which leads us on a journey towards our own self healing. Sound therapy has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, enhance sleep quality, lower blood pressure, improve breathing and circulation, alleviate aches and pains, and strengthen the immune system. The sounds also help to shift energetic blockages and stagnant energy.
