For $45 dollars you can take 2 hours to enjoy a massage in the massage chair, do a deep cleanse with the infrared sauna, heal tissue with the use of red light therapy, work out tight muscles with cups and massage gun.  My favorite is to have both bubbles and water jets in a nice warm tub to really take the edge off.  Spend an hour in the outdoor jacuzzi enjoying the bird feeder and the new spring leaves and flowers.  

Bring a picnic and enjoy sitting on a rock with the sound of the bold stream all around you. Enjoy walking the classical 11 circuit labyrinth or walk the natural labyrinth down to the River.
