Your facilitator, Amy from About Mindworks Yoga, will guide you through an authentic, trauma-sensitive yoga practice. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this session will leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and connected. 🕊️

Afterwards, enjoy a lovely morning tea to foster connection and community in a peaceful, supportive environment. 🍵

Amy is a qualified social worker, mental health clinician, rehabilitation counsellor, and a yoga facilitator in Trauma Centre, Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Her experience and expertise create a safe and welcoming space for all.
