The first session of The Divine Feminine Within Series explores the theme of receiving love - something many of us find harder than giving.

Through gentle Yin Yoga, sound healing, and meaningful moments of reflection, this experience creates space to open the heart, soften self-protection, and allow yourself to be supported, nurtured, and held.

Together we honour all forms of motherhood - including mothers, daughters, friendships, self-love, and our connection to Mother Earth.

Whether you attend with someone special or come on your own, this gathering invites you to pause from the busyness of life and simply receive.
