Mothers Winter Luncheon 2025

The BGGS Parents and Friends Association warmly invite you to the annual Mothers Luncheon.

Time: 11.30 am to 2.30 pm

Venue: Pullman Brisbane King George Square

Dress code: Cocktail attire

Paid parking is available at the venue and is subject to availability. There are several parking garages located within walking distance and a taxi rank located on Roma St.

This is a much-anticipated annual event to connect with both old and new friends, while supporting Brisbane Girls Grammar School's Bursary Program and Second Chance. 

BOOKING INFORMATION: 

Ticket types: Tickets are $160 per person + booking fee and include a two-course meal and three hour diamond beverage package. You will have the option to book an individual ticket/s or a full table. 

Table Arrangements: A Table Captain system will be used to ensure groups are seated together. For those wishing to sit with another guest/s, one attendee from the group will need to nominate as Table Captain. During the booking process, guests on that table, including the Table Captain, will be prompted to nominate their Table Captain. This will ensure all guests are seated at the same table. Please note we can accommodate a maximum of ten guests per table so please ensure you liaise with table captains about numbers.

If booking an individual ticket/s: You will be prompted to include your House Group and Year Level as well as nominate a Table Captain (if known). The P&F Autumn Luncheon Committee will ensure you are seated with other mothers from your House Group if you do not elect a Table Captain. 

If booking a full table: If the Table Captain would like to book and pay for the whole table at the time of registration, you will not be required to provide all attendee details at the time of booking. Instead, you will receive a confirmation email upon purchase with an access link to finalise your attendee details at a later date.

RAFFLE TICKETS:

Tickets are available to purchase online prior to the event, as well as on the day. There are eight bundles of raffle prize packs to be won, each with a combination of quality products and experiences donated by local businesses. You can purchase your raffle tickets here.  

All raffle ticket sales are donated to support Second Chance and Brisbane Girls Grammar School's Bursary Program
